If you would like to have administrative access to Suitable to add events, download event SmartCodes, and review enrolled student participation in events, please email USG-HireU@umd.edu.

Why students need to complete the START HERE ACHIEVEMENT in Hire U:

  2. Students can choose events to attend based on their individual competency development needs
  3. Students will get customized notifications from the Hire U App based on the competencies they chose to focus on
  4. We can customize our student engagement opportunities around our student body competency development needs

Why students should complete COMPETENCY ACHIEVEMENTS in Hire U:

  3. Students need to participate in Hire U to join the Hire U at USG Honor Society - which has no GPA requirement
  4. Achievements populate a student's Career Competency Portfolio that can be shared with employers, faculty, and graduate programs
