The Epsilon Chapter of the international professional pharmacy fraternity, Lamda Kappa Sigma (LKS), hosted the first-ever “Vermonster Challenge”, a student-run ice cream eating contest and fundraiser, at the Universities at Shady Grove (USG) on Tuesday, October 6. Three hundred…Read more Undergraduate students at USG are encouraged to apply for scholarship funds to be awarded for the Spring 2012 semester. Students that recieved funding for the 2011 - 2012 academic year may apply for additional aid for the upcoming semester. USG has launched a mobile version of its website to give users easy access to key information and services via smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices. The mobile site is automatically available when users visit shadygrove.umd.edu using a mobile browser. UMBC brings three outstanding speakers to USG this Fall to educate our community about the evolving needs of our nation’s aging population and the many opportunities and challenges that are emerging, including new career paths.
