Payroll: Personal Information Change, Direct Deposit, W-4 (MD/DC/WV), W-4 Instructions, MW 507 Form, NRA Resources, Application for Social Security Card, I-9 List of Acceptable Documents, Holiday Calendar

Report of Injury Form: In case of a work-related injury, complete this form in its entirety and return it to the USG Human Resources Office within 24 hours

USG Compensation Project: This can be accessed via the USG SharePoint Infonet*

*Please note, to access the USG SharePoint Infonet, you must be on the USG network, either physically at USG, or connected via the Remote Access System (RAS). You will need to log-in using your USG Workstation username and password - your USG Workstation username and password may be different than the information you use to to log-in to email and timesheet services. It is recommended to use SharePoint on Internet Explorer. Compare to other browsers SharePoint works best with Internet Explorer.
