Scholarship Information

There are various forms of financial aid that are available to students. Typically, students are able to apply for federal student aid as well as take advantage of any scholarships. We highly encourage that students apply for any finaicial aid that best suit their needs.

In order to be eligible for federal and state aid (Pell Grant, Perkins Loans, etc.), students must fill out the Free Appication for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The School Code for the University of Maryland is 00213. 

In addition to federal student aid, students are encouraged to apply for scholarships through the University of Maryland and through the Universities at Shady Grove. Both campuses offer a variety of scholarships that students are urged to take advantage of:
