Welcome to USG's Mentoring Program built on the pillars of flexibility, community building, and empowerment.

Through a menu of mentoring experiences, students at USG have the ability to create their own mentoring experience that meet them where they are, with what they need, when they need it. Mentors in the program will facilitate students' professional growth and career readiness through career exploration, career experiences, and network building. Students and mentors can learn more about the program below.

Beyond discussions, my mentor generously lent me his expertise to refine my application materials, proofreading my resume and cover letter for graduate school. Throughout our mentorship, I cherished the opportunity to engage in candid conversations with Dr. T, sharing updates on my current works and discussing future aspirations. Dr. T's feedback and suggestions were like road signs, showing me the way and helping me see clearly where I'm headed in my career.
