The Center for Counseling and Well-Being and co-sponsors the Health & Life Science Hub and Engineering & Technology Hub invite students to attend our upcoming well-being symposium, The Science of Stress.
The Symposium will explore the latest insights into stress science and management, featuring an esteemed lineup of speakers and a dedicated networking opportunity. The symposium will also include a guided breathwork exercise to provide attendees with practical stress management tools.
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Gregory Payne, Professor at the University of Maryland
