Faculty Course Reserves

Submitting Course Reserve Requests

  • Please reach out to your subject liaison librarian to make requests for course reserves and to submit your required book lists

When to Submit a Course Reserves Request

  • Submit course reserves requests or a copy of the course syllabus as early as possible before classes begin.
    • Items we need to recall or purchase often take 2-3 weeks to procure and process, and routinely take longer depending on availability and logistics.

Submitting E-Reserves Requests
E-Reserves are electronically accessible resources, such as full text scans of articles and short book chapters, that meet fair use copyright guidelines.  E-Reserves services are available to USG faculty from their home institution libraries.
