The Cybersecurity Graduate Program at UMBC Shady Grove invites you to participate in a discussion on developments in cybersecurity, cyberspace, and cyber spectrum as part of its “Cybersecurity Now” series.

Chief Scientist and Chief Technology Officer of National Security Operations of Leidos (formerly SAIC), Dan Bowers, has witnessed many changes in cybersecurity over the past two decades. Join Mr. Bowers and UMBC to learn more about current cybersecurity operations, cyber threat operations and solutions to help cybersecurity professionals analyze “big data.”

Additionally, Mr. Bowers will discuss the rise in malicious cyber activity, predicting malicious cyber behavior, and understanding the tools and challenges of operating across the complex cyber spectrum.
