When the Universities at Shady Grove was founded in 2000, it marked the launch of a unique model for higher education delivery – with a campus offering undergraduate programs from multiple universities to serve students looking to transfer and complete a bachelor’s degree, after attending Montgomery College or another college or university for their first two years.
More than 20 years later, USG continues to prove that one of the first arithmetic lessons any student may learn in school – that is, “2 + 2 = 4” – is also a solid pathway to earning a four-year degree. And it is one that can enable students to earn their in-demand degree from one of Maryland’s leading public universities, while staying right here in Montgomery County.
That’s the message that USG is driving home to prospective students in its new 30-second video advertisement, which will be running this spring on cable television channels in Montgomery County and on a variety of social media and digital platforms. Check out the new ad below.
