Participate in our annual Earth Day Campus Clean-up, done in partnership with our neighbors at the Institute for Bioscience and Biotechnology Research (IBBR). Gloves and trash bags will be provided to volunteers as we spread out across campus and in the surrounding wetlands to collect litter. We will meet at the meet at the Boardwalk outside Building IV at 9:00 a.m. to get your supplies and receive logistics details. All hands are welcome in this effort to keep our campus beautiful! Refreshments will be served for those who volunteer.
This event is one in a series taking place during the week of April 13-19 as the USG community participates in the Maryland Climate Teach-in. The Climate Teach-In is an annual week of events to promote climate change education and to empower people to take action. We welcome all students, faculty, staff and community members to participate.
