Description

The Outreach and Communication Coordinator will work with IBBR leadership and faculty to design and deliver dynamic communication and marketing deliverables. This position will support the leadership and centers to ensure proper and timely preparation of various reports for cooperative agreements and other projects. This position will be responsible for expanding the brand identity, visibility of IBBR and its mission, faculty, and accomplishments to diverse audiences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience: 

  • 3-5 years of related professional experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to be creative in developing ideas for outreach and persistent in follow-up.
  • Possess strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Fast-paced and deadline driven office environment.
