Retaliation

Retaliation includes negative actions against an individual who has engaged in a legally protected activity such as reporting discrimination, filed a complaint of discrimination or participating in an investigation or proceeding concerning a discrimination complaint. Retaliation can include intimidating, threatening, coercing, or in any way discriminating against the individual.
