USG Campus Mail Services receives, collects, and processes incoming and outgoing mail and packages for all departments on campus.

U.S. Postal Service

All letters will be sorted into a departmental mailbox upon receipt. USG departments and institutional partners are responsible for retrieving their mail. Any mail that cannot be identified in the mailroom will be returned to the sender. If you feel that you did not receive your mail/package, please contact the sender as it may not have been addressed correctly.

Outgoing U.S. mail can be dropped off in the wall-mounted gray USPS mailbox outside the mailroom (next to the printer). Mail is picked up once daily, Monday – Friday.

Packages (UPS, FedEx, and Amazon)

USG receives and stores packages and notifies recipients when they are ready for pickup in the mailroom. For your convenience, a handcart is available; please return it after use. Note: Deliveries that require special handling (temperature-sensitive items) will be stored in the refrigerator/freezer in the BSE, Rm, G331.

Outgoing packages with shipping labels can be dropped off in the mailroom.

To help us sort mail and packages efficiently, please include the following attributes in the delivery address at the time of order:
