Roya Mohadjer, is the Vice President of Business Development for Health at Battelle, a nonprofit organization. Mohadjer oversees business development, life sciences research, medical device development and precision health work across Battelle Health’s federal clients. She also fosters collaboration across government and commercial customers to optimize medical technology solutions.

Before working as business development VP, Mohadjer was the BD director for Battelle Health. In this role, she was responsible for strategic growth in the federal health market. She worked in other business development roles before joining the nonprofit organization. She was the director of business development and strategy at Social & Scientific Systems from 2018 to 2020 and was the BD and strategy lead official at Leidos Health. She also spent over seven years at Lockheed Martin, where she handled various business development and strategy leadership positions that supported health sciences, engineering, data analytics and IT management.

Roya has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Operations Management and a Master of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Roya is multi-lingual with proficiency in English, Spanish, French, and Farsi.
