Dusty is the President and CEO of Rodgers Consulting, a real estate development consulting and design firm exclusively focused on the private sector real estate interests in Maryland. Over the past 60 years, the firm has been a driving force shaping the most interesting, unique and successful communities and destinations in the Washington metropolitan region and state of Maryland. Rodgers plays a key and unique role in their challenging of the status quo and attention to detail necessary to execute the grandest of community visions. The uber-talented team of professionals at Rodgers has been responsible for projects such as the Kentlands, Crown, Silver Spring Filmore, the Villages of Urbana and has many more exciting ones on the books. Dusty's passion is the relentless pursuit of knowledge, insights and tactics in order to help lead the firm's creation of value for clients and communities.
Dusty has a Bachelor's degree from Green Mountation College and an M.B.A. from Mount St. Mary's University. He is a member of the American Institute for Certified Planners and the American Planning Association.
