Morgan Stanley
Andy Schell (he/him) serves as a Director in Morgan Stanley's Fraud department. He pioneers data analysis, technical program management, and cybersecurity strategy aligned to Morgan Stanley's Cyber Data Risk and Resilience unit. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Andy served as a program manager at Deloitte, serving the Government and Public Services Defense, Security and Justice sector. Andy led the standup and design of multiple national programs, initiatives, and strategies across the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and the National Institutes of Health. Prior to his time at Deloitte, Andy served as a program manager for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation leading HRIT, compensation, operations, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice programs. During his time with Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Andy served as an Innovation Fellow for USG and helped advise Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy for USG 2.0.
Andy is deeply passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work, and has dedicated much of his professional life to building and incorporating DEI strategy across the nonprofit, federal, and higher education spaces. Andy is the co-host of Deloitte’s DEI Podcast, LivedX. He is a former healthcare worker, and a strong advocate for public health and the environment.
Andy holds a Masters and Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. He lives in Baltimore, Maryland with his partner Sophie and is a proud Ravens fan.
