CORE COMPETENCY ASYNCHRONOUS TRAINING
The Hire U initiative provides students at the Universities at Shady Grove with a distinctive, career-focused advantage. Through the use of the Suitable app, Hire U gamifies professional skill-building, engaging students in a structured and motivating way. The program’s primary goal is to ensure that students at USG graduate not only with strong academic preparation but also with career-readiness that sets them apart from peers graduating from other regional institutions of higher education.
