The chartered shuttle service between College Park and Shady Grove WILL NOT RUN for the Fall 2020 Semester.
Shuttle-UM's 141 Gaithersburg Park & Ride commuter bus route serves the West Diamond Avenue MTA Park-and-Ride in Gaithersburg and UMCP. This route is available to all USM students and staff, regardless of USG affiliation. This route will resume service on August 24, 2020.
Montgomery County's Ride-on Bus System
This system is tightly integrated with the Metrorail, Metrobus and MARC commuter rail systems.

Metro Directions from College Park, Md. to USG:
- Depart from the College Park/University of Maryland Metro Station (Green Line).
- Transfer at the Fort Totten Metro Station and follow the Red Line to the Shady Grove Metro Station.
- Transfer to the Route 43 Ride-on Bus, which is the most direct Ride-on bus route to USG.
