Todd Cohen oversees corporate workforce development initiatives. He leads an organization that identifies enterprise critical skill needs and develops creative talent pipeline, upskilling, reskilling, and apprenticeship programming solutions. This work often requires Cohen to broker partnerships with post-secondary institutions and state and regional leaders in an effort to support strategic talent development initiatives at scale. Todd has 25 years of leadership roles in workforce and economic development in the public and private sectors and sits on several national and local industry-wide boards and advisory groups. His work has been formally recognized by the White House and U.S. Departments of Defense and Labor. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a master’s degree from the University of Texas.
