Psychological Wellness Workshops 

 

The Psychological Wellness Workshop Series provides information and skills to help you manage better various areas of your life.  Scheduled on the third Tuesday of the month at Noon, each workshop focuses on a different area of concern that students, faculty, and staff regularly face.  These 60-minute open sessions offer the opportunity to learn about each of these issues, discuss your experiences in dealing with them, and take away useful strategies for managing your life more effectively.
