"USG Connects": Career Consulting Program

USG ConnectsThe “USG Connects” Career Consulting Program is a new program of student support developed by USG’s Board of Advisors. This consultation program is intended to leverage the professional experience, expertise, and network of USG’s Board members and other professionals in the community, as an avenue to provide meaningful career guidance and support for students graduating from programs at USG. Through this program, students will have the opportunity to explore career paths, participate in informational interviews, learn about industry trends, gain valuable career advice, and expand their professional networks with the regional business community. This pilot program is being offered in collaboration with USG’s Career and Internship Services Center (CISC).

Students, sign up for a one hour session now and receive career development support from skilled, successful, experienced business leaders! Link below to sign up and get started...

USG's SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INTERNSHIPS

USG’s Scholarships for Internships provide financial support for students enrolled in programs at USG who participate in meaningful, yet unpaid internship opportunities.  Qualifying placement opportunities are made available to students during the fall and spring semesters, and include internships with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and small "startup" businesses in Montgomery County who provide “practical learning experience” for students.  For more information or to access our online application, link here.
