Need to reduce stress and feel lighter?

Come join the Center for Counseling and Consultation for our 4-week workshop series, Mindfulness Skills for Successful Living. Practicing these skills has proven to be highly effective at reducing stress and lightening mood.

  • Workshop 1, 06/02:  Be In the Moment - Learn to develop present-moment attention
  • Workshop 2, 06/09:  Judge Less - Develop non-judgmental acceptance skills
  • Workshop 3, 06/16:  Focus Better - Learn to act with awareness and stay grounded
  • Workshop 4, 06/23:  Handle Things Better - Manage big feelings and emotions
