Come join the Center for Counseling and Consultation for our 4-week workshop series, Mindfulness Skills for Successful Living. Practicing these skills has proven to be highly effective at reducing stress and lightening mood.
- Workshop 1, 04/21: Be In the Moment - Learn to develop present-moment attention
- Workshop 2, 04/28: Judge Less - Develop non-judgmental acceptance skills
- Workshop 3, 05/05: Focus Better - Learn to act with awareness and stay grounded
- Workshop 4, 05/12: Handle Things Better - Manage big feelings and emotions
Under the direction of Center counselor, Jessica Branch, LCPC, learn and practice effective techniques to reduce stress and regain balance. Starting February 10th, the workshops will be held on Wednesdays, 12:00pm - 1:00pm, on Zoom.
