A veteran is any individual who has served in the active military, naval, or airforce and was discharged under circumstances other than dishonorable. Certain military veterans qualify for Protected Veteran Status such as veterans of the Vietnam era, disabled veterans, special disabled veterans, recently separated veterans, veterans who served on active duty during a war or campaign, and veterans who participated in a U.S. military operation that received an Armed Forces service medal.

  •  USG provides a reserved space to all students, faculty, and staff who are military veterans, active duty, reserve, and National Guard members. The USG Center For Vets is located in Building III, 2nd floor, adjacent to the student lounge and the recreational center. It is open from 8 am - midnight.
