Our group fitness classes provide participants with a structured, results-focused regimen in a group setting. Each class invites participants of all fitness levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced. Participants can increase and/or decrease the intensity of the workout by utilizing the suggested modifications from our instructors. A variety of group exercise classes are held each month during the fall and spring semesters.
Classes are open to all USG community members of all ability levels and are held online this spring.
We have certified class instructors to lead all classes; please join us in person (we encourage you to sign in 5mns before class starts). Register here!
