Our group fitness classes provide participants with a structured, results-focused regimen in a group setting. Each class invites participants of all fitness levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced. Participants can increase and/or decrease the intensity of the workout by utilizing the suggested modifications from our instructors. Various group exercise classes are held each month during the fall and spring semesters.

Classes are open to all USG community members of all ability levels and are held online this spring.

We have certified instructors to lead all classes; please join us in person.

This class is designed for those who want to learn how to weight train properly and progress through a regimen of proper weight training. Build strength, tone muscle, and burn calories in this weight training class with a certified personal trainer. Please join us!

Yoga: TBD

Build strength, flexibility, stamina, and awareness in this vinyasa flow class. Learn correct alignment with accurate verbal cues and hands-on adjustments and learn breathing techniques to ease stress in and out of class.  The act of moving with the breath builds coordination, awareness, and fitness.  Holding poses teaches strength, endurance, and alignment. Together, the combination leaves you feeling stronger, more flexible, and more relaxed when you leave class. Challenge yourself and experiment on the mat and find increased balance and awareness in everyday life. Classes are mixed-level, with attainable options for beginners to more advanced students. Our certified yoga instructor has many years of experience to help you achieve your balance.
