Whether you know what field you want to study or are still exploring, this series of virtual information sessions is designed to get you one step closer to completing your degree.


Join us for one or more of these virtual information sessions to learn about majors offered by the nine Maryland universities on the Universities at Shady Grove (USG) campus. There are currently three sessions being offered: October 19 (Bioscience, Nursing, & Health) ; October 20 (Computing, Engineering & Information Technology); and October 21 (Business, Communication, Social Sciences, Design & Education).

Each event will feature:

  • An overview of the USG campus, its services, and benefits
  • A chance to ask questions of current students 
  • Information on special pathway programs
  • Program representatives from each of the featured majors who will share important admissions information and next steps
