The Justice Leadership and Management program will be offered online beginning in the fall of 2018 (pending final approval).
The only program of its kind in the region, the University of Baltimore's Master of Professional Studies (M.P.S.) in Justice Leadership and Management is a specialized graduate degree for professionals in the criminal justice and security fields.
WHY STUDY JUSTICE LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT?
If you are a criminal justice professional working in a federal, state or local governmental organization or in a nonprofit agency, and are looking to advance in your field, then the M.P.S. program is for you. This 30-credit graduate program will prepare you for leadership and/or management positions in law enforcement, correctional organizations, courts, probation, parole, juvenile justice, victim services, corporate security, and other public sector criminal-justice-related agencies.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
Classes are offered entirely online in 10-week semesters, and can be completed in a year and a half.

TUITION AND FINANCIAL AID
Students enrolled in this program are charged the same tuition as those attending the University of Baltimore, but may have differing fees based on home campus. Financial aid is available to students and is administered through UB. A limited number of scholarships are available.

UB is now offering in-state tuition to graduate students in Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia (Arlington, Loudon, Fairfax and Prince William counties and Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and Manassas Park). This tuition discount applies to programs at USG, where you pay the same tuition and have the same financial aid opportunities as does any other UB student.
