Public Health Science students at USG have access to both UMD Career Center resources on the College Park campus, including a designated School of Public Health Career Center advisor, as well as the USG Center for Career Development

In addition, as a Public Health Science student, you can earn up to 6 credits towards your degree by participating in "experiential learning" or learning that occurs outside of the classroom (e.g., internships or research experiences). Currently, there are 3 different avenues of experiential learning coursework: PHSC 389 (Research Opportunities), PHSC 399 (Internship Opportunities) & other similar courses across campus.
