ASES is leading the renewable energy revolution. We're
the nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the
use of solar energy, energy efficiency, and other sustainable
technologies in the U.S. Founded in 1954, the American
Solar Energy Society (ASES) is now supported by more
than 10,000 members across the nation who work together
to help create a sustainable energy economy. Combined
with ASES' regional chapters in 36 states and as the
U.S. section of the International Solar Energy Society
we're part of a powerful, collaborative network - because

issues. It is a non-profit organization that promotes a
sustainable society and gathers resources to inform groups
and individuals. The site is divided into links for topics,
regions (using an atlas), categories and keyword or zip
code and city searching and a forum. There is a newsletter
that can be subscribed to. The site is well organized;
articles are short showing contributors names and references
(often). The site has a lot of depth.

GBRC at the University of California, Berkeley was created
to advance and promote sustainable building design and
operation on the UC Berkeley campus, and provide resources
to aid other universities in similar efforts across the
state. The website lists Best practices and case studies
in sustainability and also list exemplary projects that
reduce energy use.
