What is VoIP?
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) refers to the technology that transmits voice communications over a network infrastructure using IP standards. USG's VoIP telephony solution includes Avaya hardware and software products including IP phones (both wired and wireless), voice messaging systems, speech access, web access, mobility resources, call-processing agents, and other enhanced applications.
